We’re starting a new series that celebrates our rural, resilient, and entrepreneurial community. Join us for candid conversations with some of rural Vermont’s most passionate and influential startups and small business owners.

Geoffrey Sewake is the owner and head brewer at Whirligig Brewing, a nano brewery located in downtown St. Johnsbury. While preparing to open his doors, the coronavirus pandemic changed his entire business model literally overnight, from a taproom-focused brewery, to a beer-to-go model. Geoffrey will join us to talk about his passion for food and drink, his journey becoming a new business owner, and being visible as a person of color in Vermont.

We'll be broadcasting on Facebook Live, so visit our profile page at 1pm on Thursday, June 25th for the livestream
