Do North Coworking is holding two pitch workshops, one virtually via Zoom and one in-person at Do North Coworking’s Lyndonville location. The pitch workshops will help you develop a compelling pitch for your business and will be especially valuable in preparing those wanting to participate in Do North's 2023 Pitch Competition in St. Johnsbury this October. Both workshops will be the same. For the in-person workshop, we'll provide pizza and drinks. For virtual, we'll send out a Zoom link beforehand to everyone registered.
The workshop will be led by John Howard. John is a 3x founder/CEO, advisor, consultant and angel investor. His startups include solar for rural India (Duron) and two B2B SaaS online education products: one on management topics (Jhana) and one on advanced technologies (MIT Horizon). Before his startup career, he worked at McKinsey and studied at MIT and Caltech. John currently lives in central Vermont.
John will work through what makes a compelling pitch in general and then provide time for individuals to begin developing and practicing their pitches.
